The guided sessions are super approachable, nothing intense or intimidating, and I really appreciate how gentle the movements are while still targeting the pelvic floor effectively. It doesn’t feel like a workout in the traditional sense but I can feel the difference after just a couple of weeks.
It’s been great for reconnecting with my body in a low impact, supportive way. If you're looking for something to help strengthen your core and pelvic floor without stress or strain, this is totally worth trying. I’m really glad I gave it a shot!
